Teller/Customer Service Representative - Location: Waukon

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial services.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service while maintaining the security and confidentiality of customer information.
• Handle financial transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:
• A solution-oriented individual with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• An eye for detail and the ability to handle transactions securely and efficiently.
• Experience in customer service or banking is a plus, but not required.
• Education: High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.
